Twenty- four years of post-doctoral experience as a program evaluator for a diverse range of educational, mental health, and social service agencies.
Implemented complex, standardized evaluation protocol for national studies, as well as developed and implemented unique evaluation designs and instruments for small, local studies. 
Trained and supervised teams of research associates and assistants in interview techniques and data management.
Published and presented numerous evaluation studies, as well as taught several graduate level courses in Program Evaluation at Western Michigan University.

• Led the award-winning evaluation of a SAMHSA funded children’s mental health System of Care
• Authored Global Centers: Preliminary Framework for the Evidence Plan for National Science Foundation (NSF) Office of Science and Engineering 
• Analyzed qualitative survey data regarding staff satisfaction at Adult Protective Services, leading to recommendations for program changes
• Co-facilitated mixed-methods evaluations of anti-terrorism technology application review processes
• Lead and co-authored paper on Parents as Teachers RCT IMPACT Study to qualitatively explore a randomized control trial’s effects on various stakeholders
• Led team for evaluating Military Family Life programs
