Carolyn Cooley

Looking for a company to grow myself into retirement with. My background includes over 15 years of both customers service and hospital support staff experience. In this journey I have held many positions and have learned that I have value both a Customer Specialist equally to a Supervisor and the road that's lead depends on the field itself. I am passionate about servicing people and giving my best. 

With more than 20 years of Professional and Medical support, a love has developed for the customer service community. I have held many positions on this journey from rep to supervisor and have learned that my talents are best serviced depending on the job function being called for, it's not all the same. Understanding this while having person company growth goals, makes me a valuable personnel. 

My studies in college include Business Administration with a minor working towards a double Associates for RN. I have not been able to complete this goal due to the school of life but have intentions of completing this one day. My current goals include finding a school for Property and Casualty Insurance to assist in becoming a Accident Adjuster.
