Carol Hudson

I am an Executive Assistant with over two decades of experience. I excel at providing solutions to optimize workflows and manage complex operations.

After making the decision to move to Maui last July, my employer asked me to continue providing remote support to assist in their transition to a new company. We continued this employment arrangement through this spring, but as the position comes to an end, I am seeking new employment.

In my previous role at LLUH, I managed the C-suite offices for the LLUH hospital system. This included interacting with many various department leaders and staff to maintain smooth hospital operations, as well as interacting with patients and their families and responding to their many requests.

 In support of the CEO, I also covered a range of tasks which included scheduling executive meetings, complex travel itineraries, preparing reports, and handling confidential information. I coordinated numerous on- and off-site events, worked closely with the Marketing/Communication team on all CEO and system communications, and revitalized the employee engagement program for 18,000+ employees. I am adept at prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent support and customer service.

I also owned and operated my own retail business for over six years, managing all aspects of the business as well as advertising and marketing. Interacting with customers was a positive experience for me and I enjoy connecting with people.
