About Carmen Medina:

I’m Carmen Medina, a triathlon coach with a strong background in both competitive racing and athlete development. As a two-time Chilean Triathlon National Champion, I use my experience to create tailored training programs that help athletes of all levels reach their goals. Whether coaching in person or online, I focus on building endurance, strength, and race strategy, while offering support and guidance throughout each athlete’s journey. My goal is to help my athletes continuously improve and succeed in their sport.
