As the owner of Garden and Market LLC in Tahlequah, I’ve built a thriving business that supports local farmers and artisans, offering fresh produce, gardening supplies, and opportunities for small businesses to grow.

With years of experience managing operations, fostering community partnerships, and leading innovative projects like RV Park by the Pond, I bring a results-driven and collaborative approach to every endeavor. I’m passionate about supporting small businesses, creating opportunities for others, and working towards sustainable solutions that benefit people and the environment.

Beyond my professional life, I value teaching, mentoring, and engaging with others who share my vision for growth and innovation. Whether it’s consulting on business strategy or connecting with like-minded professionals, I’m dedicated to making a meaningful impact.

I bring over a decade of diverse experience spanning industries such as welding and fabrication, oilfield operations, and entrepreneurship. Starting my career as a welder and fabricator, I honed my skills in hands-on work and problem-solving. I then transitioned into the oilfield industry, where I worked my way up from laborer to operator and driver, eventually managing and running my own jobs for the companies I worked for. Additionally, I spent several years as an over-the-road truck driver, which taught me resilience and discipline.

In 2020, I decided to prioritize my family and transition to business ownership. In 2021, my wife and I sold our home and started Elephant Rock Garden Supply, achieving over half a million dollars in revenue by the second year. After restructuring the business, we launched Garden and Market LLC, focusing on supporting local farmers, artisans, and small businesses. Alongside managing our business, I’ve also coached others in starting and organizing their ventures, helping them systemize operations with tools like Monday.com, develop marketing strategies, and leverage social media for growth.

I hold a high school diploma and have completed some college coursework. Additionally, I am a graduate of the Leadership Tahlequah Class 26, which has equipped me with advanced leadership and community engagement skills. I currently serve on the My Tahlequah Board, contributing to local economic and community development initiatives.

Beyond formal education, I’ve gained invaluable knowledge through real-world experience, including project management, business strategy, and operational streamlining. My dedication to continuous learning has allowed me to become a resource for others looking to grow their businesses.
