Experience
I have been actively working as a Service Advisor since August 2022, where I have developed strong skills in customer communication and service coordination within the automotive industry. Prior to this role, I spent the majority of my career in the bicycle industry, including nine years as the owner of a local bicycle shop in Las Vegas. This experience provided me with a comprehensive understanding of business operations and highlighted the importance and value of transparent and effective communication with customers.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a commitment to delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term customer relationships. My background in both industries has equipped me with valuable insights into customer needs and the importance of building trust, which I carry into my current role as a Service Advisor.
Education
I hold a high school diploma and have continually pursued learning opportunities throughout my career. Although my formal education is at the high school level, I have actively participated in various classes and workshops related to both the automotive and bicycle industries, consistently achieving high scores. My commitment to ongoing education has equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in my roles. I believe my practical experience, combined with my dedication to learning, meets the requirements for success in the Service Advisor position.
