My main experience fields are working with children, animals, and office/administrative positions. 

I have 15 years experience working with children ranging from professional settings, volunteer work, and motherhood including but not limited to :

• supervising, caring for, observing, and actively working with them in different academic areas such as teaching them to read, etc. 
• I also have experience working closely alongside children with learning disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, and behavioral issues. 

I have almost 20 years working with animals within my own personal life as well as volunteer work including but not limited to: 

• behavioral and trick training
• caregiving for elderly, disabled, and injured dogs (bladder expression, distributing medication, etc.)
• walking, as well as overnight pet care/sitting

I have 6 years working in office and administrative roles including but not limited to:

• Data entry
• Transcription
• Translated written home inspection reports into organized and professional reports for customers.
• Efficiently documented, received, and made calls and tasks through the use of Microsoft Word to ensure accurate documentation and organization.
• Answered and managed busy phones with multiple lines.
• Sent and responded to emails and voicemails in a timely manner .
• Scanned, faxed, and filed documents.
• Took service requests and helped customers with troubleshooting issues.
• Dispatched repair technicians to customer’s locations.

My special skills are:

• Capable of typing 100 words per minute with 99% accuracy.

I am currently working on my degree from Irvine Valley College in Irvine, CA with the intent to transfer. I am majoring in Psychology.
