My career has been dedicated to ensuring operational efficiency, managing complex legal processes, and enhancing organizational effectiveness through meticulous research, documentation, and workflow optimization.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led and supported the design, implementation, and maintenance of legal and compliance policies and processes. My ability to navigate complex litigation, corporate governance, and compliance requirements has been instrumental in driving excellence and ensuring adherence to legal standards.

I have been responsible for overseeing case management, legal research, and document review, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations. My role in firm administration has included vetting vendors for legal research tools, AI platforms, and case management systems. My ability to implement efficient workflows has resulted in streamlined operations and improved team collaboration.

I value collaborative environments, partnering with clients, colleagues, and those I supervise to develop solutions that enhance efficiency and serve our clients.  Independent work brought together by a common goal brings excellent results for our clients.  My strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to manage shifting priorities in high-energy settings make me adaptable to many roles.

• Civil litigation, domestic/ family law, insurance defense, contract review, personal injury law, business law, wills and estates

• Responsible for research of a variety of document types including financial documentation, statutes, regulations, and case law in order to produce memorandum and draft litigation documents to guide case strategies, supporting settlement negotiations and case outcomes.
• Spearheaded workflow efficiency projects such as creating a cloud-based office creating adaptability and improving operational performance.
• Created systems in furtherance of compliance with statutory deadlines and compliance.
• Collaborated closely with attorneys to manage high-volume, time-sensitive caseloads, providing crucial support in complex legal matters.
