Adventure Treks, Instructor                                                                                                                                                 Summer 2023 

• Instructed teens ages 11 to 16 on backpacking and sea kayaking expeditions, rock climbing and whitewater techniques, and the basics of planning and preparing for backcountry excursions
• Shaped and influenced group dynamics among student groups of 24 students from across the globe within a team of 6 instructors
• Planed and executed meal plans for trips between 16 and 24 days for 30 people in backcountry and front country environments

• Built and executed trip plans by gathering gear, planning for meals, and identifying routes for groups of between two and ten participants to ensure the group is well prepared
