- Daily review of IDEAS RMS in conjunction with LightHouse Comp Set BAR placement and Demand 360 data to maximize opportunities and ensure competitive pricing
- Populate and distribute weekly Pace Report - indicating WoW pickup / wash variances by segment, Gap-to-Goal needs, ADR trends and breakdown of Quarterly and Yearly goal achievements
- Provide End of Month critical analysis of strategies, room statistics and demand for presentation to property team, corporate office and ownership. Populate P&L critique by segment and identify pace and forecast for the next 90 days thru year end
- Compile and analyze weekly and monthly CoStar reports, identifying factors of success or opportunities. Provide recommendations for future strategies
- Attend Daily Business Review meetings with Sales Teams in addition to weekly Pickup Report calls, GRC review. Guide Group pricing based on market demand, OTB occupancy and anticipated ancillary revenue
- Monthly forecasting, by individual segment and day-by-day. Subsequently, update forecasted RGI positioning relative to the Comp Set
- Collaborate with Corporate Field Marketing to create campaigns, evaluate Package offerings, allocate funds towards marketing need dates
- Conduct monthly collaboration calls with Market Managers for Expedia, Booking.com, Agoda / Priceline and Airbnb. Ensure parity across all channels. Update all Teams weekly via Commercial Strategy call on all OTA ranking stats
- Create and yield rate codes with accompanying details, channel offerings and pricing seasons in SynXis
- Coordinate with DOSM’s and GM’s on displacement exercises and yearly Budget
