Buffy Andrews

I’m an HR and labor relations executive with a track record of improving workplaces, leading negotiations, and developing leaders who deliver results. I believe in accountability, fairness, and action. Outside of work, I’m on the water boating or swimming, running 5Ks and half marathons, cheering for the Buckeyes and Indiana Fever, or spending time with family.

I have over 30 years of experience leading HR and labor relations in both public and private sectors. I’ve negotiated complex labor contracts, managed large-scale HR operations, and driven organizational change that improved performance and engagement. My work focuses on building strong labor-management partnerships, developing leaders, and aligning workforce strategy with business results.

Doctor of Business Administration from Franklin University with a focus on Human Resource Management, along with a master’s in human resource management and a bachelor’s in organizational management.
