He specializes in the architecture, development, and management of large-scale IT systems for both Fortune 500 companies and startups. His expertise spans application architecture, Telecom BSS/OSS, CRM platforms, cloud services, broadband fiber, service activation and assurance, customer experience transformation, and cybersecurity.  

Bryan’s career highlights include pioneering video-on-demand and digital TV solutions, driving IT transformations in broadband and fiber industries, and implementing scalable data center infrastructure. As the VP of IT & Systems at Diamond State Networks, he oversees data centers, applications, hosted solutions, and security to deliver middle-mile fiber broadband. Previously, he restructured IT services at Summit Broadband, led enterprise solutions and billing migrations at Bright House Networks, and consulted on broadband fiber infrastructure for emerging providers.
