Brooklynn Chandler Willy is a multitalented entrepreneur and small business owner in the San Antonio, Texas, Community. She is the Founder and President of Texas Financial Advisory, a position she’s held since 2008 when she founded the boutique Tax, Investment, and Estate Advisory firm.

In the 15 years since its inception, Texas Financial Advisory has grown to comprise a total of seven skilled professionals with more than 50 years of cumulative experience who work closely with each client in order to determine what their particular financial goals are and what paths are necessary to achieve them.

Alongside her job as the Host of the “Texas Financial Advisory Show,” Brooklynn Chandler Willy hosts the “Texas Financial Advisory Show,” airing weekends on WOAI 1200 AM and KTSA 550 AM. Through her show, Brooklynn shares the knowledge, insight, and expertise that she’s accumulated across her career. Listeners tune in to hear examples of how a retirement income plan can help reduce income taxes, provide a legacy for heirs, and assure a steady income through the rest of life.

Alongside her work in finance, Brooklyn Chandler Willy is also the Co-Founder of SHMILY: Gifts From Above, which she helped establish with her sisters in 2014. The 501(c)(3) nonprofit mission is to provide college students who lose a parent while enrolled with the financial assistance and emotional support they need. 

For many working in financial services, the desire to pursue a career in finance is often sparked in higher education with a deeper dive into the industry. For Brooklynn Chandler Willy, however, the decision came when – after the sudden death of her father, a life insurance salesman without insurance himself – she witnessed firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate the death of a family member both emotionally and financially at the same time. Brooklynn Chandler Willy decided to pursue a career in retirement planning and financial services to help others be more informed and avoid being faced with a similar situation. 

Brooklynn Chandler Willy utilizes her knowledge and education often in her career. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Business, and Spanish from Baylor University in 2002, Brooklynn Chandler Willy attended St. Mary’s University School of Law. Here, she earned her Juris Doctorate of Law in 2005. In 2014, Brooklynn attended the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts, earning her CDFA (Certified Divorce Financial Analyst) designation while also learning about Financial Planning and Services.
