With a strong foundation in statistical analysis from my graduate studies in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, I bring over 18 years of experience as a data analyst at the New York State Unified Court System. I recently departed the court system to return to my hometown of Tampa, FL where I'm ready to apply my data analytic skills to a new organization.

Known as the "data wrangler," I specialize in transforming complex data challenges into business intelligence solutions that improve accuracy, simplify data extraction, and accelerate project turnaround time. For example, I consolidated data from over 100 tables across Oracle, Excel, and SQL Server data warehouses into just 10 optimized data tables, reducing query-writing from weeks to less than a day.

As a data storyteller, I turn millions of rows of data into impactful reports and dashboards that highlight critical metrics and uncover trends to guide leadership decisions. I have developed 50+ performance management reports and built 10 Power BI dashboards, delivering clarity and insight at scale.

I thrive working independently, leading data teams, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive results. My mission: make data smarter for business success.
