My name is Brooklyn Yates. I am currently a Property Manager with MEB management in Phoenix Arizona. I will be moving to Middletown Pennsylvania at the end of March.  I have been officially working in the property management industry for the last year and a half but I have grown up around property management and the real estate industry my entire life. In my time at MEB I have grown rather quickly from Leasing Agent to Assistant Manager to Property Manager, even earning the title of 2022 Leasing Agent of the Year along the way. In this time I have been on lots of different sites and am currently overseeing 262 units amongst three different properties; I have been on a lease up, management takeover, and a low income site and have been pretty successful with all of them because of my ability to overcome challenges and learn quickly. I will start working towards my real estate license in Pennsylvania as soon as I get there. I hope that you will consider me for this position because I will work very hard and I am wanting to grow into a position in my forever home.
