Brittany Mandeldove

I have been working in management and sales for over 20 years. My specialty is Human Resources-including recruiting, training, payroll management, scheduling and benefits administration. I am great in fast-paced environment as most of my experience is in retail. I enjoy reading, going to the movies with my kids and shopping. I can start a conversation with anyone and make a new friend in any situation. I like to have purposeful work where I’m able to use my leadership skills to help others succeed. 

I worked at Von Maur department store for over 13 years and held various roles from sales manager, account manager, event planner and Human Resources manager. There I developed many skills as well as being responsible for over 160 people. 

More recently I have been at Milan Laser Hair Removal as a Clinic Manager. I am managing the existing clients, sourcing new clients and leading the clinic team. I am responsible for all operational functions, hiring and achieving company sales objectives through consultative sales. 

I studied at Columbia College Chicago where I earned a Bachelor’s in Business with a focus in management in 2008.
