Brittany Davis

Hi, I'm Brittany!  I am currently in my Senior year enrolled at the University of North Georgia, majoring in Kinesiology with plans of continuing my education to earn a Master's Degree in Kinesiology. I enjoy learning more about the world around me, being active and being outside, by hiking, playing sports, working out and reading. 

I have gained experience of Health and Fitness from an early age, from working in a gym in 2015 to 2018. In college, I got experience in personal training, creating an Exercise Prescription for a client, in which they saw significant improvement in lean body mass, cardriovascular endurance, and muscular strength. I also participated in teaching group exercise to my fellow peers, creating a workout including a warm-up, cardio portion, strength training, and cool-down. 

I graduated from Hiwassee Dam High School in 2019, then went on to attend the University of North Georgia to earn my Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. I will graduate from UNG in May of 2023.
