With a passion for the manufacturing industry, the motivation to succeed, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a particular talent for how to run a manufacturing/warehouse facility more efficiently and safely. 

I have 30 plus years of manufacturing experience in the industries of Textile, Electrical, Food & Beverage, and Retail. I have started at entry-level positions and have taken the initiative to polish my skills and continued my education which has led me into the career of management. Throughout my manufacturing career I have held roles such as Operations Team Leader, Production Coordinator, Lean Coordinator, Production Management, and Plant Manager. I have successfully obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management with an emphasis in Industrial Management and an MBA with an emphasis in Management and Operations.

I focus on company goals and objectives to fulfill customer requirements and needs. A team player with skills to organize, plan, and successfully execute projects before or by the demanding deadline. Inspirational leadership skills while meeting and exceeding metric targets and business goals. Some key talents and results that I can bring to an organization include:

• Experienced in continuous improvements which led to reduced waste, increased production, and revenue. 
• Experienced in problem - solving by resolving issues before it occurs,
• Trouble-shooting programming/equipment issues, able to suggest how to approach, and give reasoning to solve the issue.
• Designed and implemented the layout of the facility to increase flow and output.
• Improved revenue as a Plant Manager from 6M a month to 10M-11M a month.
• Increased OTD as a Plant Manager from 90% to 110%
