About Brittani Enslin:
I have over 7 years of management and human resources experience! I have worked in the general public and warehouse atmosphere for most my life. My leadership and management experience is exceptional and the skills I have self taught and learned are always strategically and overall substantial to the company I work for. The experience I accumulated ranges from 5-8 years with a leadership/ assistant manager title to 3-4 years of General management at my local Kroger mini Mart and Big lots. My experience in my work path gave me knowledge in human resources, payroll, ordering and running a store in general to it's greatest potential and even working entry level positions at the front counter dealing with the public/ customers and employees first hand. Regardless of my job title or duties I long to help the company thrive and flourish as well as my fellow co workers. If it's a task that my daily routine minimized with I will make it a goal to learn!
Experience
I started as a cashier at my local Kroger and progressed to a shift leader to the assistant manager within 6 months. After 1-1.5 years with the company I became the general manager and was full force running my own store.

I graduated high school on the honors society in 2009 and also have an associates degree and many certifications.
