I have a background in technology leadership and implementation, with experience in both software development and project management. I worked as a Global Partners Solutions Architect for Chainalysis Inc. for 2 years and 6 months, where I designed and deployed processes for clients, provided technical consultancy, and drove continuous improvement activities. I led the integration of the KYT/Investigations API for over 30 top partners and led a team for on-premise implementations for the company's strategic IC and LE public sector customers. Prior to that, I served as the VP of Technology at Curator Solutions for 3 years and 9 months, where I integrated the RTC platform into many Fortune 500 companies and managed a team of 20 technology professionals. I also helped raise $8M and reduced costs by $800,000 in 2 years. Earlier, I was the Chief Operating Officer at Startup Grind for 3 years, where I oversaw the operations of a startup community with over 2,000,000 entrepreneurs in 600 cities. I also oversaw product development and launched several product features.
