As a vendor for Cisco I am the primary administrator for Cisco's Workfront instance which consists of multiple groups within Cisco's marketing organization.  

• Built numerous Fusion scenarios to automate processes and gather data including quarterly financial status dashboards
• Clean up and optimization of environment that is over 10 years old and having numerous previous admins
• Created governance for the various groups utilizing Workfront
• Streamlined and automated billing process for processing cross-charges between departments

• Provided administrator services to clients that didn't have an in-house admin, train new admins on best practices and assist existing admins with heavy workloads.
