I am 22 years old and have worked in customer service/retail my entire working experience most notably as a member of both the Spectrum repair and Spectrum retention teams

I have worked directly with customers for years either helping them get the best deals or helping them with technical issues, additionally i am a former pharmacy tech so i also have some medical knowledge. 

the most notable job experience is a Startek where i was a 3rd party repair rep for spectrum from 2020 to the end of 2021 when my center was getting closed, Walgreens as a shift lead from the end of 2022 to the end of 2023, CSLLC where i was a 3rd party retention rep for spectrum from the end of 2023 to nov. 2024 when i moved to a different side of the state

Education

I have my hiset which i earned at Three Rivers Community College in 2019 a year before i was slated to graduate high school and i have some college under my belt at Mineral Area community College but left due to my mothers passing i am currently saving up to go back and get my bachelors in computer sciences at SEMO
