I am an experienced customer service rep with experience in various fields of hospitality ranging from hospitals to hotels. I have 8+years of experience. I specialize in conflict resolution, active listening skills and adaptability. I respond well to customers inquiries maintaining customers' accounts according to brand standards and guidelines.

I have worked in a wide range of customer service field putting customers first. I have laid my foundation in food service, cashier, phlebotomist and security. These fields, though very different all had similarities, empathy and compassion for my fellow brothers/sisters. I believe in going above and beyond reaching high expectations of customers services.

I am a certified Phlebotomist receiving my certification through The Saint Louis School of Phlebotomy in Saint Louis, MO. I am also certified in food service as well. I received my basic education through East Side Senior High School in East St Louis, IL. I received my GED through Kennedy King in Chicago, IL in 2011.
