I have a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Master of Science in Accounting and a strong background in public accounting.  My previous experience has equipped me with comprehensive knowledge in income tax preparation, audit support, financial statement preparation, and accounts payable/accounts receivable and general ledger accounting.  I perform full cycle accounting services for multiple business types including a management company, payroll company, construction companies, hotel and restaurant hospitality companies, and investment entities.  My prior public accounting experience allowed me to prepare tax returns, audits, manage bookkeeping, and payroll.

Lead full cycle ownership and construction accounting functions for 23 different entities including money management, financial statement preparation, tax return preparation, state tax accounts, accountpayables, accounts receivable, journal entries, bank reconciliations, job cost, intercompany transactions, payroll issues and related tax accounts.  Serve as a liaison between ownership and operations for intercompany reconciliation, financial statement consolidation, bank relations, tax return coordination with outside CPA tax service and insurance reconciliation. Established and set up closing procedures, month-end checklists, processes, and standards for this fast growing, multi property company that grew from 8 entities to 23 over the last ten years.  Hired and trained accounting team.  Spearheaded major software conversions over last 8 years from QuickBooks to Yardi for ownership, M3 for operations and two payroll company conversions.  Entities include apartments, townhomes, hotels and restaurants, construction entities, investment entities, and management companies.
