Developing a strong work ethic is just one of my keys to success. I found my career spot in hospitality within the hotel industry after taking my first hotel position with Jameson Inn in 1999. Over the years I have held several key management positions and been given promotions due to my hard work, dedication, and management techniques. With an entrepreneurial spirit, I have opened and developed a few businesses over the years. Some were successful and sold to other inspiring entrepreneurs. I have learned a lot over the years and know how to create a successful environment that allows my team to thrive and achieve high-reaching goals.
