• As a Business Analyst hands on Client Requirements, summarizing Client's needs, and translating them into Technical Options and Solutions that meet End User Business needs.
• Broad experience with SDLC requirement elicitation and deployment using Agile Scrum and Waterfall.
• Adept at convening Joint Requirement Planning (JRP) sessions with Business User Groups, conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with IT Groups, and Conflict Management.
• Extensively experienced in Requirements Gathering, Surveys/Questionnaire Development, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Functional Requirement Specifications/Documents (FRS/FRD).
• Ability to plan and coordinate all testing phases including creating Test Plans and conducting User Acceptance.

• Demonstrated ability to work actively with different Design Tools to create Use Cases, Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Workflow Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, and Dataflow Diagrams.
• Extreme coordination with multiple teams to ensure the integration works as expected with minimal impact to business requirements and wrote SQL scripts for back-end testing. 
• Experience maintaining and reporting financial status using SQL in MS Access, MS Excel functions (Vlookup, Pivot tables etc).
• Comprehensive experience in Feasibility studies, GAP and Variance analysis, Impact analysis, Risk analysis.
• High level understanding of Design use cases for Maintenance Requests. Creating system design proposals including RFP’s and RFQ’S. 
• Interacted with business stakeholders to understand their decision-making parameters, analyzing the available data to build Tableau Dashboards and Managing the delivery.
• Competent in creating Unified Modeling Language (UML) such as Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams. Proficient in using tools such as MS Visio, Word, Excel, Visual Paradigm, etc. 
• Real time knowledge of configuration and change management within the corporate environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Capable of working equally well in teams and as an individual. 
• Experience in working with QA team to develop the Test plans, Test scenarios, Test procedures, and Test cases to ensure adequate testing of software both before and after completion.
• Facilitated User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the stakeholders and the business users as well as trained users to use the system configured.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills and strong analytical abilities and can perform well both independently and as a team player.
