     As a paraprofessional committed to supporting students' emotional and educational growth, I apply practical insights gained through both field experience and academic study. I am currently completing my associate degree in psychology, with expected graduation in early December 2025. My focus on behavioral health and holistic recovery enhances my ability to foster meaningful connections and promote resilience in school settings.      For the past three years, I’ve worked as a paraprofessional in school-based settings, supporting children with disabilities in their academic and emotional development. This role has allowed me to apply therapeutic principles in a hands-on environment. While pursuing my associate degree in psychology, I’ve gained a greater understanding of behavioral health and developmental needs, which enhances my ability to foster resilience and meaningful growth in the classroom.
