In my previous role at Cushman & Wakefield, I was responsible for overseeing daily building operations, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. I successfully improved operational efficiency by implementing preventive maintenance schedules, reducing downtime, and optimizing service contracts to control costs.

My experience includes managing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems, supervising maintenance teams, vendor relations, customer experience, handling budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining facilities that are safe, functional, and aligned with organizational goals.

Senior Facilities Manager with 25+ years of enterprise maintenance and operations experience supporting Verizon portfolios up to 2M SqFt and $10M budgets. IBM Tririga end-user and administrator with 6+ years of hands-on experience in work order lifecycle, preventive maintenance, space management, vendor management, data validation, and lease management. Proven ability to align CAFM processes with SLA/KPI performance, optimize workflows, and partner with IT teams to enhance Tririga functionality. IFMA FMP & SFP certified with strong leadership, financial, and client relationship management expertise. 

Currently enrolled at Austin Community College.  Working on my Real Estate Licensing Level I and an Associate's in Building Construction Technology Program.
