I am an experienced educator and instructional leader with over 20 years in public education, specializing in literacy development, instructional coaching, and teacher professional growth. Currently serving as a District Instructional Coach in Pflugerville ISD, I support K–2 teachers across multiple campuses in delivering high-quality, standards-aligned instruction. My background includes leading schoolwide literacy initiatives, designing and facilitating professional development, and analyzing data to drive continuous improvement. I’m passionate about empowering educators, strengthening early literacy foundations, and creating equitable learning experiences that help all students succeed.
