Over the years, I’ve collaborated with carriers and TPAs like CCMS, Pilot, Alacrity, and Citizens, managing everything from file reviews to desk adjustments with accuracy and care. My background in investigative journalism gives me an edge in analyzing details, communicating with empathy, and resolving claims with fairness and integrity.
