I have 20 years experience in executive administration and project management.  I am positive, proactive and work extremely well under pressure offloading tasks and projects so my executive has more margin to focus on company priorities and goals.

In my tenure as assistant to the Executve Vice President of Product and Research and Development, I managed the EVP’s calendar ensuring a smooth and efficient schedule and attended leadership meetings, tracked agendas, captured action items, and followed up on projects ensuring completion. My proficiency in Microso Office Suite and Google Workspace was instrumental in enhancing communication and delivering time-sensitive product and research and development projects. 
 

By harnessing my strong communication and interpersonal skills, I moderated over 50 focus groups with over 500 participants, utilizing qualitative data to drive the analysis of product trends. These insights were invaluable in guiding the product team to make data-driven strategic product development decisions.

I am devoted to being the crucial support that allows executives to seamlessly navigate the intricacies of their roles.

With a lifelong love of learning, I have continued my project management education by completing PMI project management prep course and I’m currently studying for my PMP certification test.
