- Change Management Projects: Lead change management efforts for projects in Sales, Finance, Merchandising and Marketing. Projects impacted up to 50,000 stakeholders with budgets up to $2 million. Managed consulting network of 10 full-time consultants.

Strategic Planning:
• Working with departments to identify strategic goals centered around growing their business. Create cutting-edge strategies based on business needs and execution plans to ensure their success.
Mergers/Acquisitions: Develop and lead the approach businesses use to acquire/or merge with businesses ensuring they have a smooth transition for people/process/technology.
