My name is Beatrice Longman. I build teams that can survive reality – not just the interview. 

With 8+years on the other side of the table, I have hired (and sometimes fought to hire) data analyst, product builders, personal assistants and designers. 

My Philosophy is brutally simple: 

Competence + self-awareness + a little scar tissue >polished charisma every single time.

I don't collect “nice-to-haves.” I look for people I would want next to me when the API is half-broken, the deadline is yesterday, and the only remaining fuel is coffee and spite.

When I see someone real---- slightly awkward, quietly dangerous. technically scary and allergic to corporate theater--- I get loud about it internally. I have been known to go to war for the 9/10 rough diamond over the perfectly packaged 7/10 more times than I can count.
