Austin Adair

As a pediatric intensivist with a passion for both critical care and developmental outcomes, I have had the privilege of working at the intersection of medicine and child development. My expertise in managing critically ill pediatric patients allowed me to provide life-saving care while also considering the long-term impacts on their growth and cognitive development. In my role as the Director of Neurodevelopment, I was able to lead initiatives that focused on the early identification and management of neurodevelopmental concerns in critically ill children. This role allowed me to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans that not only addressed the immediate medical needs of these young patients but also supported their future developmental milestones, ensuring that they received the holistic care necessary for optimal recovery and growth.
