  • Tracked and maintained 100% warranty information for patients and scheduled warranty appointments to process extensions via Oticon website.
  • Closed the office when all patient appointments and administrative tasks were completed. Ensured doors were locked and equipment logged out and powered off.
  • Mailed billing statements at the beginning of each month.
  • Delivered monthly newsletter and birthday campaign via Constant Contact for subscribed patients.
