About Ashlyn Coronado:
I was born and raised in California, but came to Arizona for college. Once I graduated from Arizona State University with my Bachelor’s in Justice Studies, I decided to stay. I started my own business, Mindfullyash, in 2020. I have a passion for helping others through the practice of mindfulness because it has had such a positive impact on my own life. I offer 1 on 1 coaching, as well as corporate wellness programs.
Experience
I have been practicing mindfulness on my own for 5 years. I recently became a certified mindfulness meditation teacher in February, but have had my business, Mindfullyash, since 2020.
Education
I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Justice Studies. I am also a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher.
