Ariammy Polanco

My primary objective is to further my knowledge and training in my position as a Family Health Worker. I aim to remain engaged and continue to make improvements to health equity by enhancing family health worker integration with our trusted clinical care teams. I aspire to keep on providing educational information and resources to our disadvantaged/low-income communities. 

Currently employed at GABI through Montefiore. I have proudly served a variety of families of diverse backgrounds and cultures for two years.
