As a graduate of the University of Houston's Bauer College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems, I have a solid foundation in Information Systems and Business processes. I have applied my knowledge and skills in various IT roles, providing exceptional technical support, optimizing operations, and driving successful projects.
In my most recent role as an Applications Support Specialist at G&A Partners, I provided expertise and technical knowledge on the suite of HRIS and UKG applications to internal and external users, resolving 10+ support cases daily, training clients quarterly, and maintaining and configuring applications daily. Previously, I worked as a Business System Analyst at the Texas Department of Transportation, where I collaborated with stakeholders, conducted thorough analysis, and translated business needs into functional requirements. I also have experience as an IT Service Desk Technician and a Technical Support Advisor, where I troubleshooted computer hardware, software, and network issues, created and maintained technical documentation, and logged and tracked user-reported issues.
I am proficient in various applications, such as Kronos SaaSHR, PrismHR, ClientSpace, Datto Autotask, Datto RMM, HiringThing, Microsoft SharePoint Online, Office 365, Slack, Trello, Cisco VPN, and OpenVPN. I have expertise in time and labor management, payroll and HR software, support ticketing, remote monitoring, reporting, and enterprise CRM software. I am dedicated to optimizing processes and enriching user experiences, as well as learning new technologies and best practices.
