As a graduate of the University of Houston's Bauer College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems, I have a solid foundation in Information Systems and Business processes. I also have experience as an IT Service Desk Technician and a Technical Support Advisor, where I troubleshooted computer hardware, software, and network issues, created and maintained technical documentation, and logged and tracked user-reported issues.

I am proficient in various applications, such as Kronos SaaSHR, PrismHR, ClientSpace, Datto Autotask, Datto RMM, HiringThing, Microsoft SharePoint Online, Office 365, Slack, Trello, Cisco VPN, and OpenVPN. I have expertise in time and labor management, payroll and HR software, support ticketing, remote monitoring, reporting, and enterprise CRM software. I am dedicated to optimizing processes and enriching user experiences, as well as learning new technologies and best practices.
