About Archana Prabahar:
I am Archana Prabahar, a postdoctoral researcher in computational biology and bioinformatics with expertise in multi-omics data analysis, machine learning, and regenerative medicine. My research focuses on immune miRNAs, autoimmune diseases, wound healing, and drug discovery, funded by DARPA and involving collaborations with the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Wisconsin. My work explores the immune microenvironments in tissue regeneration, the mesenchymal stromal cell microenvironment, and exosome RNA content. I have also studied the relationship between mRNA and protein abundances and use predictive modeling to analyze complex biological systems.
Experience
Postdoctoral researcher with expertise in bioinformatics, multi-omics data analysis, and machine learning, focusing on regenerative medicine and wound healing research funded by DARPA.
Education
Ph.D. in Bioinformatics with research on immune miRNAs, autoimmune diseases, and machine learning-based biomarker identification, supported by the ICMR Senior Research Fellowship. Also hold an MBA in Information Systems Management.
