I’m driven by helping people grow. Whether coaching a sales team, mentoring new leaders, or improving culture, I focus on inspiring confidence and building the habits that lead to long-term success. I believe in direct communication, high standards, and empowering others to rise to their potential. My goal is to make every team stronger than I found it.  

Leadership has been the through‑line of my entire career. I began as a military sergeant responsible for soldiers who were failing their PT tests and facing discharge. My mission was to rebuild their discipline, confidence, and physical readiness — and I achieved a 100% success rate. That experience taught me how to lead people through fear, doubt, and adversity, not by standing above them, but by working beside them.

After the military, I continued developing people through coaching athletes and adults starting in 2000. I’ve spent more than two decades helping individuals strengthen their mindset, improve performance, and overcome personal barriers. Over time, I realized I wasn’t a “life coach,” “trainer,” or “accountability coach.” Those titles felt like they placed me above others.

I’m a guide. A guide climbs the mountain with you, facing the same challenges and terrain. That’s how I lead, shoulder to shoulder, focused on growth, clarity, and execution.

This journey shaped my leadership style: direct, supportive, disciplined, and deeply invested in helping people rise to their potential.
