I am an Industrial Engineer focusing on Systems Analysis and Supply Chain Management with a background in project management, business process optimization, and logistics operations. With expertise in systems analysis, supply chain management, and business solutions, I specialize in working with different teams to deliver high-quality projects on time while ensuring communication between technical and business organizations.

Throughout my career, I have worked as a Systems Analyst (Project Management), where I collaborated with clients to develop and implement software solutions that improved overall business efficiency by streamlining processes. My role involved has involved requirement gathering, document technical system requirements, liaise with clients and the technical team, and develop process models (to name a few) to create software that makes work easier for businesses.

Additionally, I worked as a Team Supervisor at ECE Consulting Group under an Automotive and Logistics company managing my team, dispatch logistics, customer service, and communication with dispatchers to ensure smooth and efficient operations. As the youngest in the account, and youngest team lead, I led my team to consistent top performances for months on end exceeded expected KPI's.

Beyond my professional experience, I am passionate about continuous learning, innovation, and operational excellence. I enjoy working in environments where I can grow in my career, improve my skillset, and contribute to meaningful projects. I believe that being adaptable in decision making and having clear communication are the keys to success in both systems analysis and supply chain management.
