With over 8 years of work experience in property management, I have developed core competencies in meeting commitments, team-focused, and fire control systems. My mission is to provide exceptional service and quality to the residents and the board of Douglas Elliman Real Estate, one of the largest and most prestigious brokerage firms in New York. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in different types of properties and dealt with various challenges and opportunities.

As the Resident Manager at Douglas Elliman, I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the building, ensuring compliance with building codes, guidelines, and bylaws. I also correspond and attend to resident requests, manage inventory and shipments, and provide expense reports.

Additionally, I oversee apartment renovation projects, working with contractors and vendors to deliver satisfactory results. I also maintain the boiler, HVAC, air handlers, and other mechanics within the building, and ensure the safety and security of the residents and the staff. Furthermore, I attend board meetings, update the board with a Superintendent's report, and make suggestions and recommendations to improve the building's performance and appearance.
