For 5+ years I have been an HR Business Partner at NASA where I worked with research, engineering and technology teams supporting key Artemis mission programs, including Gateway, Orion, Space Launch System (SLS), Human Landing System (HLS), Power and Propulsion Element (PPE). 

Throughout my career, I have partnered with leaders to navigate complex organizational challenges, build high-performing teams, and shape cultures that inspire engagement and growth. My expertise spans strategic workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational design, complemented by a data-driven approach to problem-solving. These skills have enabled me to successfully design and execute HR initiatives that not only enhance employee experience but also drive business outcomes in fast-paced, rapidly growing environments. My ability to adapt my communication style to meet others where they are, balancing clarity with empathy has allowed me to build trust and foster meaningful, productive relationships.

At NASA, I partnered with senior engineering leaders in the Propulsion Division, Chief Engineers Office, Technology Transfer Office, and Neil. A. Armstrong Test Facility to drive organizational design, talent development, and large-scale restructurings. Prior to NASA I was the sole HR practitioner at Vertical Knowledge, a startup that provided data products and intelligence services to commercial clients and government organizations in the defense sector. 

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication with a minor in Public Relations from Kent State University, which equipped me with strong interpersonal, writing, and strategic communication skills that have been key to my effectiveness and adaptability in diverse, people-focused roles.
