I am a Versatile Critical Care Nurse/Former Nurse Informatics Manager/Clinical Manager/Supervisor with an extremely strong 25 year critical care clinical background in Trauma ER, ICU and Lead Flight Nurse. My goal is to secure a challenging, permanent, Manager/Supervisor or Clinical Consultant position on your team. 

I took time off from full time Nurse Manager to assist as a 1st Responder with FEMA as Crisis Nurse in the ICU/ER as well as Team Leader, Rapid Response, etc, around the country the last 3 ½ years.. 

I am conscientious, goal oriented, possess strong clinical and information skills and am able to work both autonomously as well as train, mentor and lead a large team both in person and remotely.

 I have had the pleasure to not only lead clinically but to have managed a team of 26 Nurses and MA’s and develop all policies, procedures and tracking of all work. This resulted in the successful clinical EHR conversion, utilization review and ICD coding of 26 facilities, reaching every goal and timeline provided without incident. I also have a background as a Clinical Nurse Manager of a free standing Intervenional Radiology Center and Hospital Nurse Admin positions. 

 I am able to learn quickly and efficiently as well as lead and blend cohesively in any given setting. I have extensive experience and knowledge of working with over 70 various hospitals/clinics traveling and at the corporate level. I thrive on teaching, leading, educating and public speaking to help not only a team but our patient community.
