The FM Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Reliability Specialist is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle performance of physical assets across facilities to ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and asset reliability. This role includes managing the EAM system, CMMS, CAFM, and ERP analyzing asset performance, and implementing reliability strategies that align with organizational goals.
Experience
I am a seasoned FM and Hard Service Specialist with over a decade of diversified experience in enterprise asset management (EAM), facilities maintenance planning, reliability engineering, and digital systems. He has worked across airports, universities, hospitals, and broadcasting, holding key roles involving CMMS/EAM implementation, asset lifecycle planning, reliability analysis, and technical system administration.
Key Roles & Experience
CMMS Analyst (2024–Present, TDIndustries, Baylor University) Leads CMMS implementation and customization (WebTMA 7). Manages asset master data, maintenance planning, and inventory integration with ERP. Builds dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for performance tracking and forecasting.
CAFM Lead Asset Manager (2020–2024, Safari Co. Ltd., King Abdulaziz International Airport) Co-developed maintenance master plans and preventive/reactive maintenance schedules. Co-administered IBM Maximo, aligning asset strategies with standards (SFG20, ANSI, MIMOSA).
Engineer II – Electronics & Communications (2019–2020, King Fahad International Airport) Focused on maintenance planning and reliability, supporting long/short-term scheduling.
Digital Devices Engineer (2016–2019, King Fahad Medical City) Maintained IPTV, AV, digital signage, and Appspace cloud systems in a hospital setting.
Technical Director (2013–2016, ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corp.) Oversaw technical production for live TV; worked with IP streaming and satellite systems.
Visiting Lecturer (2013–2015, Ateneo de Zamboanga University) Taught subjects in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
Instrumentation Technician (2013, Mega Fishing Corp.) Installed and maintained marine navigation and sonar systems.
