Angelisa Marie Marie Letele

I am a recent first generation graduate of University of the Pacific with a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and Minor in Psychology. I am aiming to pursue my Doctorate of Audiology to fulfill my dream of becoming an audiologist and serving a variety of patient populations, especially in the realm of vestibular rehabilitation. Thanks to the clinical experience I obtained through UOP’s audiology and speech-language pathology clinics, I am certain that I have been given a solid base to continue to learn how to provide the best possible care to the patients I encounter and am eager to be a trustworthy provider.

I have experience working as an audiology technician and assistant as well as obtained valuable hands-on clinical experience through my time with San Francisco Audiology during the summer of 2023. I was involved in a variety of audiology clinical tasks, such as maintenance, troubleshooting, teaching, and operation of audiological technology (e.g. audiometers, hearing aids). I plan to apply to several AuD programs in the future. In the meantime, I am hoping to garner as much experience as I can in healthcare to be adequately skilled in serving patients.
