Anela Davis is a seasoned mental health professional and consultant with over 26 years of experience working in behavioral health across multiple capacities, including education, leadership, case management, intensive residential treatment services (IRTS), crisis services, and program consultation.

Throughout her career, Anela has supported individuals with complex mental health needs while also strengthening the systems designed to serve them. Her experience spans residential and intensive treatment settings, crisis intervention environments, and community-based services. She has worked closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure regulatory compliance, enhance documentation standards, coordinate psychiatric and medical services, and implement quality assurance practices that promote effective and ethical client care.

As a consultant, she partners with mental health facilities to improve program structure, increase compliance readiness, streamline operations, and build sustainable, recovery-oriented treatment environments.
