▪ Knowledge in supporting tactical and strategic operations involving joint, combined,

and interagency forces

▪ Proficient in the use of multiple SIGINT geospatial tools and databases

▪ 24 years of active duty military experience

▪ Developed the Electronic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) request procedures

used by multiple Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) staff sections, enabling

improved coordination de-confliction of Electronic Warfare and Cyber

Operations.

▪ Created SIGINT reporting formats and target packages across all security

classification levels which led to an increase of information flow for intelligence

fusion in Iraq.

▪ Developed and implemented sensor and intelligence Standard Operating

Procedures (SOPs) supporting Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) for Special
