As a Field HSE Specialist, I'm responsible for:

Bringing added value in HSE application to the Integrated Operations Project.

Implementing HSE priorities, metrics, goals, and requirements to complete the integration process and operational ownership of Environmental Health & Safety.

Applying HSE 'Best Practice' at all project sites, in line with Client, and Contractor Management.

Evaluating continuously Work Site Safety program effectiveness, Implement strategies and tactics to meet business expectations.

Coordinating/conducting compliance audits/reviews of site work areas and coach personnel on identified improvement opportunities and closure of findings/recommendations.

Ensuring coherent HSE approach by all contracted parties operating in the project - managing application of the HSE interface.

Coordinating/collaborating with other functional leaders and people leaders ensuring expeditious and sustainable program implementation with continuous improvement.

Liaising with internal and external HSE professionals and regulators and ensuring audit protection privilege is instituted where & when appropriate.

Providing technical expertise and compliance support to HSE professionals.

Managing, applying and ensuring adherence with Aramco and Contractor HSE policies and procedures, and assisting the SUBCON services to comply with the same.

I am a highly organized, self-driven and motivated professional with more than 11 years of experience in HSE. Currently I am working in the capacity of Hse-Superintendent in Oil & Gas Sector with China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Bureau in SAUDI ARAMCO mega Project at HARADH & HAWIYAH NORTH GAS COMPRESSION PLANTS PIPELINE PROJECTS (NGCPPD). 

I have been in the field of Health, Safety and Environment and gained experience in Saudi Arabia mega projects, facility management and auditing with a proven track record of implementing HSE Management Systems (OSHAS 18001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001). 

As a Safety practitioner, I always strive to develop a strong safety culture in organization, and ensure a safe workplace throughout the life-cycle of the project. My goal is to complete the project safely without lost time incidents, days away from work and property damages cases. 

I am qualified HSE personnel ISO CERTIFIED. 

I have accomplished NEBOSH-IGC, NEBOSH-PSM in OH&S Certification along with a Diploma in Hse Engineering. NEBOSH-IDIP is on going. Moreover, I have successfully completed all the e-learning courses of Saudi Aramco related to Health & Safety.
