Hello,

My name is Amiyah Ford I have previous experience in acute care completing evaluations and treatment sessions on the following floors: general medical, cardiac ICU, medical ICU, trauma ICU, orthopedic, and neurology under the supervision of Paula Krepps OTR/L. In addition, I also have experience in outpatient services with Adult and Pediatrics with a specialized area in Pelvic Floor Therapy under the supervision of Andrea Wilk OTR/L. I also hold a valid PA state license in Occupational Therapy, BLS certification and CA clearances.
